Gave 4 stars. Everything is great. People are very nice, very helpful. I just have one small issue with their operating hours. Twice, I have been by their office and they were closed well before their normal posted operating hours-on this very Google location description. Says 9-6pm on Fridays. Now, it is Labor Day weekend, but when I called and talked to them this last Tuesday and advised them that I would be there to pay them Friday, there was nothing stated about any shorter or modified hours of operation. Bottom line, I don't want to get penalized with a late fee if I did my part to ensure I get payment to them.
They are always pleasant, nice and efficient; I have never had any problem and it’s the only place I ever take a small loan.
