Obtaining a personal loan to consolidate all my credit card was a breeze. I completed about 80% of all the work through their website, and then just went in to finalize the paperwork and sign everything. I was able to boost my credit score tremendously while saving interest on my debt.
Title loan agency! They will bombard you with “personal loan” pre approvals, tell you your approved but need to run hard credit pull. Then they will tell you we’re sorry, we actually need your title to your car for collateral. It’s a scam. If I wanted a title loan I would go with title loan company, not a company that establishes themselves as a reputable personal loan service. Waste of time or credit, UNLESS your needing a title loan. Obtaining the loan was easy. They insisted they couldn’t finalize loan without doing direct debit. So, I set up direct debit but I wanted to make payments sooner than they were coming out so I called to change it and they refused, so I had to call 800 number to get them to change it, they referred me back to the branch so I talked to a manager who gave me a hard time before finally changing it. I called several times to ask about it showing online that I still had payment due even though I paid extra, left voicemail and no one returned my call. I called again the next month because I paid extra by a couple hundred dollars but my balance went down less than the previous months and it doesn’t show online the interest break down so I called and they were very rude about explaining it, telling me I just won’t understand how payments work and actually hung up on me, called back and they said I hung up on them. Spoke to their supervisor and same thing... seems like they all hate their job and do not understand customer service at all. Once I’m done paying off my loan I will never use this company again. This branch ruined it for me.
They are efficient and spell it out. Easy experience. Nice people.
