The young lady that helped me out “Sarah” was very educated about my needs, very nice, friendly and very caring and gave me the best options. She made my experience very easy, and extremely fast. I have been to many Advance America locations and this one is the best at customer service! Sonya is just the sweetest and most courteous! Christine was also sweet! I remember when the AC was out a couple of weeks ago, that Sonya still stayed in that heat. She sure is a great customer service representative! I recommend this branch of Advance America to anyone! On occasion they'd have refreshments!!
