I have been using ace since 2007... I've asked before if I could get a void check so I could give it to a bill place for automatic deduct... Not one time did they give me a book to explain what my benefits where nor did they take the time to explain them to me either.. On top of that I had a large settlement check to cash and they had me n there for over an hour and they treated me like I was a criminal... That wasn't nice...
