Great pawn shop. All employees here are very nice especially shop manager Debra. Always greet you when you walk through the door. Great selection. Like the pricing on the tabs showing the decrease of pricing in the future if the product stays on the shelf. Outstanding service.

The manager and assistant manager are Awesome, they have a Great team there and they are very fair. They feel like family to me.
Hands down one of the worse pawn shops I’ve ever been to. Staff was cold, calous, and directly rudr. They are unwilling to work with you and make terrible offers. They directly lied to me about the value of my item while not even looking me in the eyes. It almost seems like they want you to leave. I’m not sure if all 3 women behind the counter were suicidal, but the glossy glazed over, dead look in their eyes showed some serious deep seeded emotional issues. Management should pay for therapy and customer service training. I’ve gone here 5 times because of the convenient location, and all 5 times I’ve left feeling stupid with less than I wanted. I would give 0 stars if I could. Again, worst pawn shop I’ve been to
I love this place. The staff is friendly and I like that they remember you when you walk in the door. don't let exterior fool you they have good products and prices. I have used them many times over the past five years. I had a ring I took to them and got 700 for it and when I took it to the one by walmart and they offered me 250. and they were rude and didn't seem like they had the time for me. I'm always greeted with a smile a welcoming feeling. if you need to pawn or looking to buy come here. the lay away is awesome too
