Robert was very helpful and guided us through the application process. He helped us tremendously.
I was extremely pleased with my agent Alma before I left the office. Once I left the office I couldn’t reach her. She didn’t respond to emails. When I was finally able to reach her months later she said she wasn’t allowed to answer emails. But before I signed paperwork she could. I’m huge on customer service before, during and after you get my business. Stuck with some BS insurances I don’t need paying more than I need to for the next few years. Lovely. Wish I had a better representative or better experience.
There customer service is soo bad everyone that answer has a really bad attitude especially Dolores I think she does not like her job my wife called to ask question and Dolores hung up on her I will not do business with them
RED FLAG!!! I did even ask for a loan from this company but they got my information and called me with a nasty attitude and voice message. Once I heard the voice I deleted the number. I would not give this business my business just based on the nasty attitude the person had when they called and left a message. RED FLAG.
How the hell are they still in business this place is HORRIBLE!
