Great staff. The manager his excellent customer service skills.
This pawn shop sold my husband 2 subs but one was blown. This is the second time this has happened at the same pawn shop. He bought them saturday we went first thing monday morning and they said pretty much your out of luck. NEVER again will i go here nor will i refer anyone. I will also be calling corporate as well.
This pawn shop is by far the best in the metroplex. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions about my firearm purchase. Jerrod is the guy!!! They also have a very nice selection of items to choose from. I will definitely be going back.
EDIT: After posting my negative review regarding an exceptionally bad experience I had at the store the manager, which I had trouble with, actually reached out to me to apologize. Since then I've returned several times and have been treated well every time. Would very much recommend, as of now. -------------------------- Both times I've come here they've low-balled me in the hundreds of dollars. Manager is aggressive and enjoys getting into loud verbal bouts with customers. Go literally anywhere else, you'll get a better experience than more money.
