Applied for loan on August 24, 2019 on line which was a Saturday and the office was closed. Then on Monday August 26, 2019 received a call from World Finance and gave information that was required to obtain the loan, and was in addition advised that I would be contacted in about 15 minutes, this took place around 10 Am on this date, and now it is 5 PM and no call back was returned. My complaint is that if this company should have the courtesy to at least call even if the loan was not approved and explain this to me that they could not help me at this time. This I believe would be the proper thing to do if you are a company dealing with the public in a relation. This is totally unsatisfactory
