YOUR OFFICE IS HORRIBLE! ... They are like robots. No common sense... My credit dropped 3 points because they closing my approvals and saying you have 30 days no you only have 5 days... Too many different stories.... You need a better manager... Send this one back to training or fire her not doing the company any favors. Very disappoint person!
Trying to make a customer feel bad about canceling payments in the past won't get you anywhere as a company especially when the customer has made every payment since they've had the loan. That's what the cancel button is there for to correct when you want to make a payment and how much you want to pay. Maybe you should add a edit button to your site so it won't seem like your customers just don't want to pay. I've been in customer service for 16 years and I wouldn't recommend one main to anyone. Sorry

I was trying to get a copy of a title from the DMV, but they needed a lien release signed by Springleaf. I took a title loan out years ago, and couldn't remember anything about it other than the fact my original branch had closed. I contacted this branch, and they were more than happy to help out any way they could. Betty and Alberto were very accommodating and knew exactly what the DMV would need for me to get a title. While I was there, I could also see how courteous and professional they were with the customers, both while they were on the phone with the customer and after they had hung up. They aren't loan sharks like some reviewers might indicate. They really seemed to care about their customers and want to help. I would recommend this branch to anyone who needs a loan.
