I bought 2 speakers and a microwave and got a good deal. All items worked fine. Staff were friendly and helped me carry it out
A business that admits their own contract is not "fully intact" should be avoided at all costs. They fail to put an important fact in their own contract as to what is required to retrieve your item. I followed all the requirements stated in the contract, had the ticket and money due, and they still won't release my item to me. Fun fact, their customer service department is refusing to speak with me since I pointed out their legal error in the contract. They would not even call me back to tell me they could no longer speak with me. I had to call them to find this out. Now tell me they're not doing shady stuff...
I have been a customer for a good while but I will NEVER return to this place again, you put something in layaway and they call you the day payment is due and if you can’t make the payment well your screwed you’ll loose it or they have you pay $40 just too extent it for another 20 days!!!! Screw this and all First Cash Pawns! Won’t spend another dollar at nun of these places!!!!
Do not bother with this place. Their customer service is complete GARBAGE. On different occasions when I have tried to call with questions these people will put you on hold for 15+ minutes. I can hang up and call back ten times trying to get a word in for a quick question and every time they will put you back on hold. I see I'm not the only one with this problem! I would have been a valuable customer as I was looking to spend several hundred dollars on items they have; I'll save my money for a place that deserves it.
