I went in today to cash my check, and the guy who was working (I didn’t get his name) refused to cash it because he said he had to call the insurance company to verify my check. Which I said that’s fine, and gave him the number that he can verify it. But he said he has to speak with an actual person and said they were closed. I explained to him that I cash at this location all the time with the same checks and he gave me an attitude and said I can come back on Monday and try to cash it then. Smh ♀️ He also said he would charge me $70 to cash it. Which I thought was ridiculous because every other time I cashed it there the fee was less than $23. I left and went to another ACE CASH location and cashed it there and the man there helped me with no problems. This man at this location was totally unprofessional and automatically I could tell he didn’t want to help me. He was an African American male with fake nails and long hair. Who ever is the supervisor at this location needs to retrain this employee because his customer service sucks! Thank you!
I had a 401 check and had no prob cashing it here. Walmart and Kroger couldn't cash it, but ace could. The associate was professional and courteous.
They wouldn't cash a payroll check because the business I got it from has a cell phone for his business that shows up wireless caller on caller id booo
It’s 10:07 AM, store opens at 9AM, it’s still closed and no employees in sight. Poor way to run business.
