The customer service rep was amazing ..Friendly courteous knowledgeable and timely.
I called for info about paying my car note at ACE and the lady who helped me on the phone was super nice and helpful in explaining everything--the next day when I went in she remembered me and was extremely helpful (this was May 28th, 2019 at around 2 in the afternoon) I don't remember her name but she was awesome--i will return to ACE and on a side note I never felt any "racism" at all

Great customer service at the Lucas location in Beaumont, Texas and they're always extremely helpful and friendly. Toi and Twyler have always been very nice and professional too me and treat me like family. There is no racist people that work here. All people here are respected as long as you show respect and patience as they do get very busy around the first of the month and the middle of the month around the 15th or so. This is the best Ace Cash Express location in all of the Beaumont and greater areas. Just have all of your paperwork ready if you need a loan and bring proof of income. Also for cashing checks they do better than many banks and are more helpful than WalMart Money Center. All of the staff are professional and I feel like I've developed a friendship with each of them. Very courteous, professional and caring just show them the same respect and they will help you.
