Very friendly Staff. They assisted me with my situation and, was considerate in offering me the option of pawning my items instead of selling them. That way, I can return to pick my property up at a later date. Some places, won't offer that as an option and end up reselling your stuff at jacked up prices. I'll be doing business with this location in the future!
Just went in to pick up my laptop. I was in a complete rush. I get out the store and just turned on highway and noticed the complete corner of my laptop has been beaten in. It looks like it was thrown on the shelf and as they threw other stuff on shelf it slammed into my lap top. I immediately call them not even 5 minutes after I leave. And they said it was not their responsibility I talked to Mario the district manager over the area cash America stores and he was a complete Ass and said I should have not left. And he was not responsible. The girls in there kept looking at me knowing it happened there and whispering sorry to me about it because they knew it happened there.
They always have a lot of customers there at any given time. Often a line out the door. However they only ever have two or three workers working the front. So your wait time is always more than an hour. They have a lot of workers and a lot of computers, so they could serve ore customers at a time.
They cheeted me out of money and murchandise. Bought a generator and it quit working they refunded my money then the next week they took it back out of my bank account now they have both and refuse to do anything about it. Don't do any business with these crooks I will never do business with a cash America store again
