Employees were helpful and polite and answered all of my questions, that being said this was the biggest mistake I've made in a long time. I had no Idea it was possible to get a title loan with such an outrageous interest rate. I borrowed $500, the first payment wasn't a payment at all it was never explained to me that basically you either at the end of 30 day pay back the entire loan or you pay the ridiculous interest of $104 and refinance the loan for another 30 days or you can pay any amount of the principal after you pay the $104 interest of course it is a merry go round unless you could afford to repay the loan right away. I've had the loan for 4 months and making monthly payments so I don't lose my car but I am no closer to paying it off than I was the day I got the loan. All of this information was made clear to me when I went to make the first of many interest payments.I don't know what the law is on loans and interest in this state but 20% componded monthly seems high on a secured loan.
