I was approved for a loan on Aug.30th. On A Friday afternoon,and wasn't able to see a worker there until after Labor Day which was that Following Tuesday.So my Opening application didn't even get a fair amount of time for me to decide on what I wanted to do.They rushed me and set dates and changed them from one worker to the next on when To come in.To argue over who actually could finalize my loan.I hate I ever applied with this location.Ran my credit caused me a decrease in my number for absolutely nothing.They need new management she was the worst at making promises she couldn't keep.Never again!!!
To manager my name is Angela Richardson I paid off my loan 2/1/2019. I have to pay $35.00 dollars to get a clear title after paying my loan off. When I got the loan I gave a clear title now I have a lien holder on my title which I have to pay to have removed. I mailed the release of lien to get the copy but it still shows the lien holder. Please tell your customers that they will have to pay these fees to get their titles back. I am sending this information so that you can inform your customers so that they will not be frustrated like I am. I made my payments on time each month an on time and expected to get my clear title back after paying the loan off. This is just a heads up on the information you should be giving out to your customers, $2.00 for a certified copy and $33.00 to have the lien removed from your title. None of this information was given to me when I paid the loan off. I was told that the titles are sent to the state which I did not know. Thank you for time hope this information helps with other customers.
