When my car broke down i didn't what to do. So i stopped by the south Congress location and applied. It was really easy. The staff were really friendly and professional.
Very profetional customer Service specially Nancy the new manager. I really recommend to get a loan with them. They explain every detail when you get a loan.
I recently renewed my loan with Texan Credit. Nancy, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. I have always received very good customer service there.
The new manager Nancy is rude and unprofessional. (She transferred from the loan company next door). This place has went through several staff over the last year and a half. This new manager Nancy doesn't make for better staff at this place. She will call your references first instead of you if your late. She doesn't seem understanding if someone needs to paying late. She told me to come in and make a arrangement which I did, then a few days later calls my refrences instead of me and when I did finally talk to her she totally switched up what i originally told her on the date I could make a payment. She also told me they would accept my payment on the date I gave them which is BS. Don't do business with this company, you'll regret it with her being the manager.
