I have not had that experience but did need to get a loan, and this location was excellent. Very good service, no nonsense, tells you exactly what the process is. The key is to pay the loan off asap because then the interest doesn't accrue and you get a decent deal out of it. I'd recommend to anyone in a pinch. Just pay off sooner than the time frame they allow.
This was my first experience taking out a loan from a place like this but indira and her coworkers made the process very easy and transparent, They told me exactly how much I would be paying back, no surprises. Once I was able to provide them with the info they required they where able to give me cash the same day. This locations dedication to their customers is excellent and it shows in the reviews.
