I receive continuous spam phone calls from this company saying my loan request has been approved though, I have not applied for a loan. I have requested my name be taken off their list repeatedly despite this fact I get calls and voicemails from them several times a week sometimes more than once in a day. Today I received a phone call at 6:30 a.m. I called again to tell them to take me off their list and their agents kept hanging up on me. When I finally did speak with someone, he told me I was lazy because I was complaining that they called at 6:30 a.m. and he was going to make sure they call me at 4:30 a.m. and 5:30 am. He also told me I wasn't important enough to speak with a supervisor.
Wow this place is very scary. In my case I did apply for a loan but not directly from them. They called and said I was approved and asked me for all of my details, checking acct, ss number, job info, and other stuff. I googled them while I was on the phone with them and that’s how I found out that they are crooks. Very very scary.
NO!!! This is out and out FRAUD. They can’t have preapproved you, before they’ve gotten your information, but that’s what they say. They first offered me $15,000, but I said I needed $35,000. Guess what? Without getting my Social Security number, they approved the loan in about three seconds. What does that tell you? Then they wanted my bank account number. I told them to hold on for a minute and googled them before going further. I wouldn’t give then the time of day, let alone my Social Security or bank account numbers. Hang up! Put your phone on “do not disturb” and allow only your contacts to call you. Eventually they will stop harassing you.
I cannot express how frustrating this company is they robo call me up to 5 times a day. I have asked to be removed from their call list and they have yet to honor that. I have not give any permission for them to contact me! Very rude people answering the phones when I call in!
They said I was approved for 5,000.00. Said they would contact with more details today. Never heard back from them.
