Will was really rude to me said he couldn't find my loan. He raised his voice at me, and gave me a number to called. Expecting me to leave, but I stayed there and called the number. The lady on the phone said my loan was open, and he could find it. She Ididnt understand why he couldn't find it. I went back to the counter with customer care on the phone and he magically found it. He was very rude, and acted like he didn't want to help me.
An explaination would have been nice. I cleaned my mothers house and went to cash a check by her& my mother is pretty weathly and has a well known bank. Called her, confirmed everything but couldn’t cash it??? And couldn’t tell me why. She said her P.O wouldn’t accept it for some reason even though my mother answered her phone and all her questions correctly. I was already irritated because of process itself when I’ve cashed with y’all previously and had two kids in car. It was a waste of my time. Thanks
