There good and very unexpected. I checked my mail one day and was delighted to find a check. Ready to cash an they report to the credit bureaus . i had money but no credit now my credit is growing up so fast . They were a big help to that. An there pay back rate was fair enough an it didn't go against my credit because it was a direct check sent to me. I would go this route many times over, with bigger limits . I'm thankful for life health and family .
I inquired about a loan to settle debt consolidation but I never was given a response after completing the application. I went to the store in the afternoon and supposed to hear something back but never did. The customer service was okay but if you want applicants to continue utilizing the services provided,update the clients on the status! I shouldn’t have to wait or even call to check. I also thought it was unprofessional for the customer service representative to admit how backed up the store was on processing applications. Needless to say,I highly doubt I would return to get loans.It is not worth the time or effort,first impressions unfortunately do last forever.

Problem with their system didn't allow me to pay online or over the phone. Could not get there... Moneytogo charged my bank account 3 times, my bank thought it was a scam and blocked my account provoking automatically other payments that were scheduled that day not to go through and causing late fees. I decided to call moneytogo and guess what?I've got $10 late fees with them too!!! How is it possible your system has a problem and I have to pay for that?! That's unbelievable!
