Ace charges way to much to cash a payroll check.98 percent of the time there is only 1 person working and if you get caught behind someone who is getting a loan you are screwed and will stand in line 30 minutes or more. If ace is going to charge me 25 to 35 dollars a week to cash a paycheck then I shouldn't have to stand in line for 30 minutes to an hour
The black lady with the short was extremely rude. All I wanted to do was cash a refund check that I received from my apartment complex. She claimed that she couldn’t find the number on the check and that she’d “never heard of the company so she couldn’t verify”. She then said that the number came up as a cell phone. However, all you have to do is google the number and the apartment complex comes right up! When you call the freaking number, the concierge answers and transfers you to the leasing office. When I showed her this on my phone, she claimed that they use a different system than google. -___- Then, I noticed that she treated the people coming in for loans rude as well. If you want to be treated as if you’re trying to cash a fraudulent check, or belittled for inquiring about a loan...then this is the location for you.
