Would not recommend to my enemy. Cant ever get ahold of anybody on the phone when you have a problem. Your just dead in the water if there is an issue with your account.
Staff takes too long at the drive through widow. They pick and choose who to serve. I came in first but was last to be service at the drive through window.
Very difficult to get help with staff. The app is very generic. Took 4 months to receive debit card after it was sent to the wrong address. Whole experience was terrible. Highly recommend not trusting this bank!
I have found them to be very responsive. I like the service! Unlike many other banks, there is never a long wait to see an officer. Perhaps not important to anyone else, but I love not needing a deposit slip! It is Just one other way to say how convent the whole process is!
