I would give NO stars! Not necessarily to this branch, or it's employees but to SunTrust as a whole. If they treat the people that work for them the way they treat customers I feel sad for them too! This bank is incompetent, and far from convenient! It is 2019, you can stream movies from your cell phone, you can order dinner online, watches can tell you your heart rate, and even a few cars can park themselves. But you...SunTrust ...cannot get your ONLINE BANKING working ⁉️ Small business owners don't have time to call the number on the bank of their card to hear their balance/checks cleared etc. Horrible!
I would rate zero stars if given the Chance.
The two ladies (lending agents) were as charming as can be, I felt like I had arrived, but when I declined to sign off on their sub-prime, predatory type loan, their eyes turned black and the charm turned into tense, short snarky remarks.

The drive thru is pretty slow moving. Seems like they may be a bit understaffed. The bank tellers are friendly though.
