It’s usually good. (Kinda). Andrew is the most knowledgeable and very nice person. But today a guy refused to even look at what I had. Well first he said it’s off season so it won’t be as much as usual. Then he just flat out refused to look at what I had. Very bad customer service today
I purchased a new ring from them. The rep was happy to help me and showed me tons of rings as I could not make up my mind. Finally found one I wanted and they had me out in 15 minutes.
Worse experience I ever had gentleman behind the desk name Chad had no knowledge on gold an Actually was incredibly rude to me and started raising his voice not only at me but my wife when we simply just asked him a value on some gold we brought in would not recommend anybody to take cold here please go elsewhere there are so many other pawnshops and jewels that will give you a fair price on your gold this individual here along with the staff is very very very inconsistent and in competent on goods that are being sold in their store as well as having knowledge base on what customers have. Honestly really hope that cash of America closes him down because he’s representing their company very poorly I’ve gone to other branches that have been a lot friendlier and more reasonable when it came down to things

I bought a soundBar and shop vacuum. Got the insurance for both. Got home the sound bar speakers was blown. I brought it back within 7 days and got a refund bc they did not have another sound bar. The shop vacuum works it was 20.00 the sound bar was 50.00. It’s a pawn shop people you get what you pay for. This business is under new management corporate. They don’t own cash American pawn. It a different company u have to buy the insurance!! If y don’t there is no refunds if something goes wrong. Ask questions. They will tell u. Friendly staff. Clean store.
