Each employee is more wonderful and polite than the one before. Another credit union in the area had frozen my accounts because of incompetence. Gold Coast helped me get the matter cleared up, talked with my out of state credit union, and treated me with great respect and kindness. They couldn’t have been any nicer. Gold Coast has made me a customer for life.
NEVER EVER USE THIS CREDIT UNION... I am advising everybody to never ever use this Credit Union. While traveling across the country I stopped at this Credit Union to use my Navy Federal Credit Union card and it gave me a receipt for $60 with no cash! When I went inside to file a complaint with Gold Coast Credit Union they told me that it wasn't their machine nor was it their problem! NEVER EVER USE THIS CREDIT UNION... NEVER! ~V.
There is nothing express about the service here, horrible, mediocrity at it's best here, after 20 plus years with them, some of the worst service today, I think I am cancelling my accounts with them, no one cares here. They keep you waiting hours, it is worse than a doctors office, this place used to be good years ago, I no longer recommend them! It looks tacky that the receptionist who has tattoos showing to customers too, it doesn't look professional and I think that the banking industry should not hire people with tattoos who are working in customer service, very unprofessional looking. I can see why there's several poor reviews here today was a very bad experience with this credit Union and I don't think I'm going to continue being with them after so many years.
Excellent customer service. Great rates. It was very fast and easy to get my car loan. The dealership couldn't come close to the rate I got from the Credit Union.
