Did not have a great experience. I pawned my PS4 with some games 2 months ago. I paid the finance charge last month hoping it would keep everything in tact. Called a few days ago to say I was coming in today to buy EVERYTHING back. I was told it was all in store. Once I arrived today now I'm told my games were sold. And they threw away the box I had my PS4 in and just gave me everything loosely. I should've at least not been charged for the games sold when I was told they had them. The clerk didn't seem to care either. Plus they charge 25% where others charge 10% and have treated me better. Will not be back
BECAREFUL with Andrey and the manager thats on his shift at the time because they have a game going on to get your merchandise and more money off of you. I went to make a payment on my loan i was told i had 5 days from the date on my ticket before my merchandise would be pulled when i got the loan . So i went on the fifth day to make a payment i told Anrey im here to pay on my loan the 5 days it was late plus an extra 5 days until i got payed so he gave me my receipt up to the 18th which was the right date . When i went back to extend on my merchandise for 30 days he told me my merchandise had been pulled 2 days ago because i only payed the late payment not extra days but my ticket date to pay was on November 18th and i went on November 22 which is exactly 5 days from the date on my ticket like the last ticket i payed on which was fine . So Anrey and the manager said there was nothing they could do but i could repawn it if i wanted to, which was a lot more money to repawn it ,they told me sometime they do the 5days after the due date sometimes they don't that's all they could help me with. BECAREFUL with Andrey and the manager they have a money game going at Cash American pawn i don't know if it's the bonuses they get the more money they get the bigger bonuses they get . The manager will back up the game they have going so be very careful. They pretend to care but they really just want your merchandise or your money. Andrey will Wright the wrong date on your ticket that you payed up to and the manager will back him up and they will tell you more money or or we keep your merchandise SORRY. That's CASH AMERICAN PAWN ON MILITARY TRAIL IN WEST PALM. BECAREFUL WITH ANDREY AND THE MANAGER. November 22 2017 at about 6 o/clock. The people at this Cash America location are a very friendly, helpful & professional bunch. I wish more store (no matter the retail) were more like them.
