2 stars because I was grateful to have a loan option for the amount I need with mediocre credit and it took less than an hour in office. I took out a high interest rate loan to get car fixed over holidays on Dec. 21st. Told it would fund electronically in 1-2 business days. I understand holiday issue; however, on Dec. 26th, I still had nothing. I had to call branch and they investigated to find my Bank account # was supposedly mis-keyed by associate and rejected deposit. For whatever reason, they couldn't simply resend, it had to be paper check (overnight or come & get it 45 minutes away). Drove there & while an apology was offered, it was clear I was a bother. My bank puts a 5-day hold on paper. Long story short, January 2nd I'm STILL WAITING on funding while One Main continued collecting interest for 5 days on my loan money, my bank continues collecting interest on my loan money, my loan's ridiculously high interest began 3 days after closing, my car's still in need of repair and I'm out of vacation time! Also, don't trust that because you sent emails twice to address given that they'll receive it. Actually questioned me and never returned my VM verifying receipt. Communication needs a lot of work.
