I haven't had any problems so far but this is not the number to the branch. They just have a generic number that goes to a call center.so now that I have a very Branch specific question I have to call the main number and wait on hold to talk to somebody toto a a five second question.
So far a good experience with them. I think their hours of operation are too short. 9am to 4pm is not convenient at all. Would love to see them open till five. Good luck if you need them on the weekend. They are not open. Would like to see them open at least on Saturdays. Their competitor Suntrust is open till 12 on Sat. Food for thought Space Coast!
I'm unsure of why I see so many bad reviews. I went and opened up a business account last week for FREE. They were the only ones in this area that offered a free business account. I went in right before closing and I was treated so well. All of my questions were answered and they are having someone help me with business resources. As far as the bad reviews for not being able to make deposits in the ATM....they have an overnight drop box. You also won't find another bank with as low of interest rates for car loans.
Awful customer service. The staff is completely incompetent. Between them transferring funds to a person before me in line at the drive through, to sending funds to accounts I don't even have access to. I will most certainly be switching banks and making sure friends and family avoid this headache. Every time I come here I encounter some problem that could've been avoided if anyone took their job seriously. Really effective "upgrade" this fine establishment achieved
Worst bank I have ever been with. No longer take deposits at the atm. What the hell!? Have to go in and wait in a long line every time I want to deposit anything. Clerks are rude. Opened a new savings account had a ton of issues took them over 45 minutes. Try to access my account online as I leave the bank and my online account is disabled had to call the 800 number 3 times for these people to figure out that they never created my account correctly!?! How are these people functioning! Hate hate hate this place. Go to Launch or a unfortunately a big bank. These people do not need to be in control of anyone's money.
