SunTrust in Temple Terrace, Florida

We went into the lobby to open an account. We were ignored for over 5 minutes. There were no other customers waiting. The staff was counting money and doing other things as we just stood there. When we were finally asked what we needed, I said I wanted to open an account, I was told to go sit down. I watched 2 employees sitting and helping no one. I waited for 15 more minutes with no one saying a word to me so I finally left and went to Wells Fargo down the street to open my account there.

My wife and I have accounts in SunTrust. One day we had 2 papers that we needed a witness to sign that they saw us sign the paperwork properly. The branch was not busy, they had 3 customer service agents available. The first one said she was a notary and when we told her that we needed a witness to sign and she refused. Remember the days you could go in a bank and could get almost anything you needed documented,

This bank doesn't have good customer service nor do they even know their own policies in person or over the 1800number....my husband banked with them for over 10+ yrs but when his company changed payroll banks wants to charge him for check cashing...wth no way...time for a new bank that doesn't nickel and dime you.....goodbye

I spoke with Sylvia at the Temple Terrace branch, and she by thus far has got to be the most disrespectful, rude, and beyond unpleasant person I've encountered. My husband ALWAYS despise going to this branch, due to their customer care! Wow, I experienced THE NEGATIVE VIBES via phone, I can now only imagine the most uncomfortable, unpleasant, nasty attitudes he's received via person! This is the most disrespectful branch ever. They out beat University Branch by 20 stars for rudeness, unprofessionalism, and very unfriendliness! They speak to you as if "THEY ARE PAYING YOU FOR TRUSTING TO BANK WITH THEM"!

Their website shows different hours than on the door. It seems like this branch doesn't like to stay open when people need them
