Love this place been with them for 5 years now I have to close my account because they charge $5 which I guess it's bad but I open another one at another credit union that was free . Once again I love been an coustomer they are very friendly, kind and helpful.
Im actually sitting here right now , march 25, 2019 at 2:04pm , Im with my mom waiting for a teller, and there's a woman in the front at the counter, very beautiful, seems sweet.. I just watched her mock the drive thru customers over their choices of banking. Im appalled.. I closed my account after 6 years. Im done.
Lack of customer service skills. NOT people oriented. Makes people feel like their time is NOT valued. They take forever to complete one transaction. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized location. They charge you for everything, and then when you contact them to correct them, they get highly offended. As if they do not make mistakes. This is why I closed my account and went with another bank.
The drive thru line for the ATM is horrible!!! I am STILL WAITING HERE AFTER 30MINS! This is the only one in this area open so they really don't care ... I believe they hold the line to kill time until 12 pm Idk but it sucks !
Whenever I have any issue I go in or call and they are quick to solve it. Nicole is the best knows me on first name basis and always takes care of me
