I know the max is only 5 stars... But honestly the experience I had with Tricia deserves more than 5 stars. Tricia greeted and acknowledged me by name as soon as I entered the store. She was extremely helpful and polite. I truly enjoyed my experience and would recommend check n' go in temple terrace to anyone in need.
I have been to a few different pay day loan locations before and this location by far has provided the best customer service experience! The store manager Tricia is awesome! She is always so helpful and has such a great positive attitude!
It came to desperate times I didn’t know what I was going to do and Tricia spoke with me on the phone customer service amazing she asked me to come and and went above and beyond!
