Great experience. Took longer than we expected but still done in a good amount of time. Also, when we arrived our first contact person asked us for information that later turned out not to be needed at all. Everyone in the office that’s going to be interacting with the client needs to be knowledgeable about what their loan requirements are. Overall though, very good customer service and an easy process.
I'm sad to say I had about 10+ year relationship with this company. They approved me for a loan with my vehicle as collateral. I decided to use the checks for a different bill and they refused to back me....
This branch does not adhere to what they inform you and I will never take out a loan with them again.
PAID OFF MY ACCOUNT EARLY/MID DEC 2017 WITH EXPECTATIONS OF THE PAY OFF REFLECTING ON THE CREDIT REPORT AT END OF MONTH, which is what Normally happens. TO DATE (1/19/2018), STILL NO UPDATE, AND THE LADT REPORTED BALANCE FROM NOV 2017, IS NEGATIVELY AFFECTING MY CREDIT!!!! I HAVE CALLED AND BEGGED PROFUSELY TO NO AVAIL!!! SEE THIS COMPANY IS EAGAR TO GET YOU BUSINESS, AS THE ARE A HIGH INTEREST PREDATORY LENDER, BUT WHEN YOU GET SMART AND PAY THEM OFF EARLY, IT SEEMS THEY STOP WITH THE NICETIES!!!!! WILL HAVE TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH THE CREDIT BUREAU TO GET AN UPDATE.....SMH!!!!
