Very . Visited during a week three times and three time different information about opening account.
I'm updating my review from 4 months ago. I don't know what they did to Chris and Juan and the previous tellers for them ALL to quit but they need them back NOW! The customer service now is garbage. The old staff was very professional but they still made you feel like family. The new staff acts like you're inconveniencing them to deposit or withdraw my own money. I am happy with td as a bank but customer service and good rapport is important at the branch. Its the closest bank to my home but I'll that extra 1.5 miles for better service or will just close my account them because like I said the branch is who I with in person and it's not worth it.
This place have the most incredible team BUT I’m gonna have to be honest, every single day I walk in there’s a nice young lady who work there and her name is Kat. She smile when someone comes in and so happy to help. She have huge knowledge about everything and the right approach. Professional and caring.
