Friendly, but useless branch. Account management don’t care about they customers.
I decided to try a new bank for a new business I started and regret it. The entire process was a hassle. They wanted me to come in several times to sign all kinds of documents. In the end they closed my account without any reason and the offered to open up a new one for me. Pretty frustrating and a waste of time and money.
Are you ready to waste 1 hour or more standing in line while the management walks around laughing about their operations while 2 poor cashiers try to work as fast as they can cause 2 useless computers replace human interaction?? If your answer is YES you will love this Chase branch. Dont even dare to make a comment or prepare for "leadership" to tell you they appreciate your "patience"
So I bank here, opened my account here love the Chase Bank brand, I am a client for life. This branch is a very busy branch so if u need to come to this branch be patient and know that it’s a busy branch they will do what they can but expect at lease one hour wait times druing peek hours... I’m not a fan of going to the branches anyways as it’s always a headache, special busy branches like this... It’s like going to the DMV... Do what you can online !!!
