This branch has no clue about customer service. It has one teller going back and fourth between the drive up window and inside. The teller stated that the lead teller was at lunch. She came out and asked the people in line how we were all doing. She did not open another window. She went and sat with two other employees(financial investment). I asked to speak with the manager and was pointed to the direction of the two invenstment employees. They said this was the direction Chase is going to ONE teller., because of all the automation. It turned out they were not the manager. The manager was out. This is very sad. I counted five non-tellers on my way out. I called the 800 number on my receipt that stated that my satisfaction was important to Chase. The number does not take you to anyone who knows how to take a statement. I waited until the rep investigated. It turns out you have to FAX a complaint. In other words Chase does not want to hear negative reporting. I would stay away from this branch. Chase seems to only want your investment money.
Ridiculous , No customer service and snarky attitude. Not helpful at all. The woman on the phone couldn't even handle 2 minutes of civilized conversation please no matter your title in the bank or anywhere else in life be humble , be curteaous. So if I'm calling about a trust where someone in the bank is designated to give me money for school don't automatically go on a roll about being something paid on death . Waste of time and space. Para pedir informacíon tenemos que tolerar una attitude ridicula . Clara mente solo hablan por la Sola razon de escucharse hablar. No te escuchan , y since tienes accento de otro pais menos. Gente lleven su dinero a otro Banco que aprecie su tiempo.
Not sure why there are ANY negative reviews. This place deserves a 5 star all around. This is a very busy bank so there is a wait time here and there but nothing too bad. Employees are ALWAYS helpful with any question or transactions one might need.
Good service. Very helpful clerks. I have been very satisfied with everything they have done for me, and would recommend them to anyone needing a bank.
A lot of nice people there. They also have an ATM while they are a bank.
