Long time customer but will never come back. Lost me due to me being on workmans comp and now that I am back working they did not seem to want my buisness. Even though the lady working remembered me by my first name as I have been a customer there for years apparently all my files are no good any more even though I got a call 2 weeks ago to ask me about coming back and telling me they now have higher loan amounts. Well long story short Lending Bear about a mile away was happy to have my business and they have better rates with a longer time for repayment.
Tasha and Karina are amazing. Sometimes I don’t even need any money but get it anyways just because I enjoy their friendly and welcoming attitude. My credit has improved greatly since using advance America, I didn’t even know it was a benefit. I will continue to use this service and come to this location as long as these two ladies are working there.
