Extremely rude, I am surprised they receive any business with Christina on the phone! Arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. My customer service experience with her was so terrible It actually made me get online and write this review which is something I never do. Shocked at the terrible treatment.

I've always had good experiences with Mariner, both in Florida and in Delaware. Always pleasant and loans are quick. Make sure to bring what they require and it's a breeze.
Do not go their. These people are very unorganized and do not communicate correctly. Was their 2 days to get a loan done . i got to the point i had to go because of how slow they process loans. i got a loan already and hope to finish as soon i can because this place is like checkers fast food of banking. Mgt is lazy and the old man working their is slow and could put you to sleep during the process. Worst experience ever. Do not go people please. And yes i did get approved for a loan just not the amount i want. Do not let them pressure you in something that you do not need. Watch Out.....
I don't have anything to do with Mariner. They sent me a pre approved check via us mail that I did not ask for. Before I ran it thru the paper shredder as I do with about 90% of my mail...I opened it and read the offer. In my opinion it's one of the most predatory loan documents I have ever examined. It is the start of years of financial imprisonment.... That's why a lot of these reviews span many years and multiple transactions. Your caught in a webb of repayment and if your not extremely careful....you will be in financial turmoil for years. These folks are doing business in our community.... I prefer they not be...lot's of my neighbors will follow thru with this predatory offer. For them I feel bad...this kind of offer sounds so good to those in need. Please think about it.... They are not your friends...they are money hungry predators hoping to cash in on your financial hardship... You have been warned.
