Chris and Malik were very professional and worked with me on my items. It was the first time I had been in a pawn shop and I found them extremely helpful - and, most importantly, polite. I would recommend.
Attendees were polite, and helpful. However, your overall cash return is based on if the management/supervisor is in a good mood or not. If you actually need the extra cash. Go somewhere else. This place really isn't worth it.
Customer service is the only good thing about this dump. Computers do not work, please don't waste your time.
Got a TV got home not even 30 minutes of having it on it turns off and now won't turn back on what am I to do. Don't spend you're money here they TOOK MY MONEY and gave me a broken TV then said you didn't buy the 5 dollar warranty sir your selling used things why is their a warranty needed oh because you know the things you have don't really work thank you very much for stealing my money and wasting my time
This place is a joke. They do not take care of their customers, loyalty means nothing. They are more than happy to take your money for a purchase but if you return needing assistance for a loan they get amnesia and their attitudes absolutely suck! Don't waste your time
