Jaycee and jessica are great! They're customer service is the best. They make you feel like family and they have new online services next more which makes things so much easier.
They were friendly and helpful most of the time and that’s why I used their services when needed. However I went one evening, showed up about 10 mins before closing and was denied entry even as someone was in their already doing business. I knocked and was signaled they were closed. I went to the car and called and no answer. I’m staring at the person working I know they are there. Lol. Called the next day and said 5-10 mins wasn’t enough time, it usually took about 5 mins or less for a transaction. Told them I’d never use them again and I haven’t.
They used to be good and very customer service oriented. I ask for paperwork for more than a 1/ 1/2 and every time I call they said they did not have it. That they need to requested to corporate office.
This Location is under New Site and Regional Management. There customer service is horrible now. They read the Full 4 pages outpost to you prior to providing you the money. They do not call you prior to your due date, they will just deposit your check, even though you already took out the money and was heading up there. They will never get my business again.
