I’ve had nothing but great experiences regarding the customer service, whether in person or remote. Any time during business hours they seem to be willing to help you out! I’d say the only issue is that they’ve really only expanded into Northeast Florida but most issues you have can be fixed remotely by simply calling a branch, as I’ve lived in Tallahassee for several years and never had an issue whether it be a broken card or just a question regarding my account.
I have been with VyStar for several years now for most of my online banking. It wasn't until recently I started having problems with their banking. Needed a new debit card sent to me and after over a month of requesting, getting confirmation from multiple reps, it still to this day has not arrived. The customer service I have experienced at this bank has been extremely poor and it is obvious many of the reps do not have a clue of what to do when things are out of the ordinary. If you are serious about your banking and actually care about your money, please reconsider another bank that actually knows the ends and outs of online banking, has a solid website and customer service, and can actually deliver promises. Very disappointed in this bank.

A representative called regarding my late father's estate requesting a death certificate. She got very rude with me when I told them that his "wife" can bring it to them. Vystar: "Can she get us the death certificate?" Me: "Yes, she is his wife, she should be capable of that." Vystar: "Why can't you bring it in?" Me: "I'm in Tennessee. She is there. In Florida." Then the rep hung up on me. Awful customer service. Especially regarding the affairs of my dead father.
