Great service! Quick and professional. Customer service was outstanding!
Best bank I've ever been with.
My problem is not with this particular branch location but with the bank as a whole. Thete are virtually no perks or benefits to banking with Florida central, they are one of thee most inconvenient, stone aged banks around!!! Very limited locations, inability to lock and unlock lost or stolen cards (temporarily) they will block or lock your card without notifying you they are doing so...ugh just an ali around piss poor bank!!! God only knows why I stayed so long I'll be taking my business and money elsewhere!!!
These guys have been nothing but good to be through several rough patches...
I was with this credit union for several years. I am a pretty low maintenance customer. I do most banking online and rarely actually step foot into a branch. When I was with this credit union, my account was compromised. After some back and forth with the bank, they informed me that there was nothing they could do to assist. Even if that were true, they were rude and condescending to myself and my wife. I was so disappointed that one of the few times I actually reached out for assistance, I was treated this way. Additionally, my account information was again compromised a year later. Unsafe, rude, and provided poor service. The manager was actually giddy when I told her I wanted to close my account. Literally the worst service experience I've ever had.
