Have been with this bank since they bought out century bank. The employees are kind and pleasant. Always helpful and give a hometown feel to their service
Customer service falls well short of expectations for a long time customer. I never went to this Branch before and won't return.
I do regular, large deposits for my company. This branch is on my way home, and would be very convenient to use. However, they are consistently closed early, when I attempt to make deposits there. When I take the trouble to get out of work early, only to find that the bank decided to close five or ten minutes early, and then have to explain to my boss why the deposits were not completed, it is a problem. I won't be using this branch again.
Great service. Drive thru works nice and fast
Terrible service,employees always leaving no one stays there. They are holding my funds after the checks cleared the bank. Never bank with Iberia my wife and mother both left from this bank.
