This company needs to be look by the BBB. The sent me an email stating I was approved then an agent called me stating I need to have more income to continue.
The best loan experience I ever had. Holly the branch manager has gone over and beyond to help me with my account and has done an exceptional job this is the best loan experience I ever had they are up front with you and don’t hide anything. Mary Ann is also in the Port St. Lucie branch and is such a wonderful person to speak with she will do her best to help you and if she can’t get you an answer she will do whatever it takes to get an answer. I wish I could give 100 stars because they all deserve it. Everyone in that branch is wonderful and I will refer everyone to them.
I wish I could give zero stars...but poor customer service. Approved me for a loan and on the day of closing denied the loan. Gave me the run around and lied on multiple occasions. Mind you I made the preparations to use the loan. Biggest regret and I will never work with this company in the future.
I submitted a application online and never ever receive a call from this company to redeem my approval! When I called they told me they call everyone three times however never received a phone call. Now that the application delinquent I now have a hard inquiry to my credit and they suggest I submit another application
What i talked about when i called from a letter a got in the mail was not the same when i arrived for the appointment at the local office on port saint lucie blvd however the sales rep was very professional and we worked it out
