Literally the worst bank and banks I have ever been to. Only 2 tellers with a line to the door at most times. Good job closing the drive thrus. Now its even worse. Should be zero stars.
I am an employee of a company that does their banking with Bank of America. Last Friday I had to deposit $200 for the company. At 11:30am the line was out the door and they only had one teller working. 7 people that were waiting in line left after being so frustrated. I waited 35 minutes and had to leave to go back to work and there was still 5 people ahead of me. There were so many employees walking around doing nothing and yet NOT ONE could help the customers in line who were waiting an insane amount of time. I had to go to another Bank of America to get my transaction completed. So I wasted so much time going to two different banks. I would NEVER bank there personally...they are horrible. Worst management ever!! Who has one teller on a Friday?????
This bank is the worse, i wish i can score it a zero or negative , i think all BoA branchs here in port st lucie suck. They want us to make an appointment when we want service, noone ever answer the phone to make the appointment then they tell you to go online, that's good and all for someone like me whose savvy with the internet but what about people like my mother who barely knows how to turn on a computer, who can't navigate the system they are stuck. Another thing i tell them all the time stop discussing personal business in the lobby, but they say they want to direct you to the right person...ok fine but do we have to discuss what i want to do in the lobby with everyone listening, i don't need everyone too know if want a loan, or i want to take cash out. As the customer i want privacy when i do my banking. They close all their drive up windows, is bank of america trying to get rid all their customers? They seem to be getting rid of all their banking services and trying to push everyone too online banking...I may not be a millionaire and BoA will not shed a tear for loosing me but i will continue to tell people how lousy they are.....PNC here i come!!!

Very understaffed, extremely poor customer service. Management has a "too bad" approach. Absolutely the worst bank in the area.
