The loan process was super convenient I was able to submit all my documents online and the approval process was quick. I received my funds the next business day! The staff are all professional and friendly. I totally recommend OneMain Financial!
Not impressed with the staff and how they treat customers. Was just called by an employee about an application I put in through credit karma. The employee was a little rude and snippy when I said I wasn't interested in putting my car up for collateral. Not really sure why she was so rude/snippy, but I guess it's just the kind of person she is. I've had several small personal loans, and one-main is by far the most exhausting process to go through. This was the second time attempting to use their service and most certainly going to be my last. They could offer a loan at 0% interest and I still wouldn't take it.
My bank never made it this easy to get a loan. So far so good.
The representative was nice but I was told that I was approved and to come into the branch and when I got there, I wasn’t approved for the amount discussed, made no sense to waste everyone’s time.
