I went to Cash American looking for a chain for my boyfriend. Well the guy knew was a birthday present and keep in mine i have never bought a gold chain in my life. I wasn't thinking about the length at all. Well the chain did not fit him at all. I didn't even want to return it i simply wanted them to put what i bought it for towards a longer chain. They wouldnt even do that. Not good for business i must say. Wont be going back in the future. Lesson learned!!
