We went today, the 2nd of Nov. My daughter was going to buy a camera but it was broken, that should have been our cue to leave. But that would have been to easy. We found a nintendo switch for 229.00. this seemed like a fair price as it came with a case and an extra controller but no docking station. So we bought it. It turned on but the battery was low. SHE SAID "I PROMISE IT WORKS". We drove the hour it takes to get home, then went to gamestop to buy some games. It WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE. Now it wont even turn on. After reading the other reviews I assume I'm SOL especially since they wont be open until Monday !!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!
Buyer Beware!! Cash American Pawn off Navy Blvd is a rip-off. I don't think the business will last long if they keep up with the dishonesty. Even when clearly stated on the receipt that there is a certain amount of time to return your item for a full refund. My brother found out that the item that he bought was broken when he got home so he brought it back the very next day and Glen service manager who is such a crook didn't want to give him a full refund. He only gave my brother half of what was paid... this is so wrong so he left their broken item there, he threw back the money they gave us, walked out the door and promise to never return. On top of all that we will let our friends and family know the kind of business they're running. Sometimes It's not all about the the money but the overall moral. I also read up on other reviews that they sell fake stuff. This message to the Corporate, please investigate into Glen he don't deserve to be the store manager the way he treated customer's like this way.You will lose all your business if you let this guy run the store.I hope they knows that Karma is a B****. They don't even deserve one star.
What can I say I love this place everyone is always so helpful, it don't matter if they are super busy or not they care about their customers.. I have been coming here for years and it's nice to see the same familiar faces Everytime I walk through the door.. Glen, Devin, Brandon, always so helpful..
