SunTrust in Pembroke Pines, Florida

Drive thru representative (white male) was very unpleasant, was talking to other rep when I drove in, came to the window and still did not recognize me as a customer, even after I called for him. Was unknowable about my banking transaction inquiry. Was not pleasant at all, then I was told to come inside to ask a question about my account. Truthfully this representative came off as racist, when I came in him seem to be more pleasant to others of his kind. This makes me so upset that people are still so ignorant to the color of skin or status quo. I am thinking to take my business else where, this man and others who think like him should not be representative of public businesses like this. It's a shame. I will not recommend this branch of SunTrust Bank to anyone. It makes me question the integrity of the entire establishment

They were courteous and helpful but used the wrong ink on a medallion signature guarantee so it was rejected and the whole process has to be redone. I am from out of the area so it's back to as if nothing was ever done.

Always helpful, pleasant bilingual staff, go above and beyond in customer service. Great place to bank.

This bank is a sham. They let people cash my checks after I closed my account due to fraud. They let the thief's continue to use my information and I know it's a inside job. They haven't gave my money back after a month,I am a single mother

Suntrust is a fantastic bank. However, this particular branch will disclose your account balance out loud and the teller’s English isn’t very good. They are not very friendly. Would not recommend.
