I do not recommend this company. They are holding the funds to fix our home from the hurricane damage and what feels like trying to force us out of our home. It has been nothing but a headache and heartache for the last 6 months because of this company. They keep telling me the inspections are canceled do to not being able to reach me though I haven't recieved any calls. They do not care about their customers at all. We have lost everything like so many in our area but they refuse to release the funds to fix my home. I have never felt so mistreated. Every time I've asked for a manager I never get a call back or get to speak with one. They never have answer to anything just excuses. I would not wish this experience on anyone. I feel so hopeless they have really but so much stress on my family's life. Right now I'm paying for a home they are not letting me put back together. Be careful who you get your mortgage through times like these really show you how good of a company they really are.
