Very dirty pawn shop. Poor customer service, stay away from the heavy set lady name Jennifer. Nasty person with a nasty attitude and a nasty mouth. Just rude and nasty. Was loud and obnoxious when I tried to negotiate a video game in front of the staff, customers and my young son. Took my business up the street for a better version of the game for $25 cheaper. They were very professional and extremely helpful. Their shop was also much cleaner. They also acknowledge people who are waiting. Value Pawn needs to take note, your customer service sucks. I escalated this to the manager, I doubt any action will be taken for that nasty and rude person Jennifer. Just stay away from her and that shop.
Garbage items and customer service, very rude. The 5 star review must be from staff. Liars and over priced, ended up purchasing same item brand new at store with warranty. Honest review is -5, google does not allow me to give the negative review that they deserve. Joseph the manager should be fired, no customer service very rude, saw me standing in line at counter in front of him and said no word, another employee had to apologize and assist.
Staff is extremely RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL we bought a iPhone and had been told if our service can’t connect it to bring it and and they will gladly give our money back within minutes we came back we were told it is defective the Spanish lady had a nasty attitude they made me stand outside because they said they were closed but there was other customers in the store the manager was extremely freaking rude I don’t understand how this place is even open if you want to buy something go to the place that’s literally right next-door they actually have manners and want your service as for the value pawn employees if you don’t like your little job find a new one and stop having an attitude with people
This place will rip you off at every chance. I was 1 day late on a layaway they put my things back out and sold them. I would not recommend them for anything. Businesses thrive on customer service goes to show why they have less than a 2 star rating.
Place is filthy, staff is crazy rude! Brought 3 swiss watches in there just because I was curious, one was a Hamilton pilot time piece that was made of gold with ruby and rhinestone mechanical parts, msrp $1200. The lady LEGIT offered me $10 and when I said no she responded with "well that's my offer". The 'jewelry expert" and manager came out and confirmed it. "You can get 10 for it and stop giving my people a hard time". I didnt do anything but walk in and ask a question????? Its legitimate thievery, they take advantage of people in tight financial situations and bend them over with the appraisals
